The Little Gym

Kaitlin is becoming my little gymnast! She has now been enrolled in the SUPER BEASTS gymnastics program at The Little Gym for a couple months. Learning basic motor skills such as aerobics and beginning gymnastic skills, songs, hula hoops, parachute, jumping castle mat (also known as a blow up trampoline), stretching, ball play and bubbles. She loves it, I love it and from the bottom pictures Sarah loves it too. Some of her favorites so far is the balance beams and the rings. She has shown me how strong she is and how independent she can be. Very soon she will be moving up to the next non parented class which I am very excited for as it has gotten really hard having Sarah in the class also...she is doing everything that the 2 1/2 - 3 years olds are doing. It's picture time

Playing outside this morning with the chalk. Sarah only put it in her mouth once. I took pictures of the drawings, but somehow they didn't get downloaded before I deleted them. Sarah liking her carrots...hmm good!

We have stopped using the tray now and she has been using aplate and cutley for awhile now. Such a big girl!BIG blue eyes and big smile! She is understanding SO much

Sarah is just amazing me each and every day. She is understanding so much. It is just so incredible. In the last week and a half she has picked up animal sounds. Hshh....is a cat. Ooofff...is a dog, Eaee...is an elephant and her favorite right now Pepepe (sounds like she's blowing kisses as she says it)....a fishy.
I will ask her to find her juice and she will leave the room and come back with her sippy cup. Do you want to eat Sarah? She runs to the kitchen table. When I say danger, danger she looks at me and pauses. Such a good little listener. She likes responding with YEAH alot. It's the cutest.
It's just so awesome seeing her learn and discover new things each day. I LOVE her, she's just SO clever (as my Grandpa Halwas always use to say)!

Your the BEST Kaitlin

Last week we went to McDonald's for some playing in the play structure and for some lunch (Thanks mom and dad). While we were playing a little girl Kaitlin's age was playing with Kaitlin. We soon found out that this girls name was Kaitlin (also).
So since that day at night after stories, prayers and songs (yes, we have a LONG night time routine), I remind Kaitlin about the other Kaitlin at McDonald's. And I say there are probably so many Kaitlin's out in this world, but you, my Kaitlin are the BEST one in the whole world. After a couple nights of saying this Kaitlin says..... "You are the best mommy in the whole world!"
Tear...Oh my goodness how to I deserve such love. She made my day!
