Talkin and chap stick
We just had new neighbors move in. And lucky for us they also have kids very similar in age as Kaitlin and Sarah. We spent a few minutes in their house playing. On our way out Kaitlin found some chap stick....and was enthralled. The only way I could get her to leave without a huge fight was giving her some chap stick of her own. Oh my. She likes the stuff and all over herself. The following pictures are of Kaitlin talking on the phone with my mom (Granny) with her SKITTLES chap stick all over.

Anything and everything is a toy
Those of you who have been to my house know i have a huge pantry....which means it needs to be cleaned out often. So I was cleaning and came across a box of pancake mix with 1/2 a cup left in the box. Turn my back and Kaitlin is covered in it head to toes, yep all over her face and even in her mouth. But I let her play for awhile because really what was the harm. She had fun. Her toes got covered and then were tracked all over the carpet and the lino. Good thing it was floor day.See the cup, yep she was mixing it and making pancakes of her own.
The Little Gym
Kaitlin is becoming my little gymnast! She has now been enrolled in the SUPER BEASTS gymnastics program at The Little Gym for a couple months. Learning basic motor skills such as aerobics and beginning gymnastic skills, songs, hula hoops, parachute, jumping castle mat (also known as a blow up trampoline), stretching, ball play and bubbles. She loves it, I love it and from the bottom pictures Sarah loves it too. Some of her favorites so far is the balance beams and the rings. She has shown me how strong she is and how independent she can be. Very soon she will be moving up to the next non parented class which I am very excited for as it has gotten really hard having Sarah in the class also...she is doing everything that the 2 1/2 - 3 years olds are doing. Kaitlin on the balance beam with her teacher Miss. Tracy!
And like I said Sarah's right with us. She is going to be so sad when she finds out she can't join.
