Ghetto slide

The title of this post says it all. The "ghetto slide".... is set up downstairs (in our new baseent). It consists of a hide a bed couch with cushions piled high, pillows and leather foot stool. then all covered up with a sheet. Kaitlin is crazy about it. Screaming and laughing the whole way down. And yep, that's a sous in her mouth....my BIG sous baby!

At 8 1/2 months Sarah is standing on her own...with support. Loving every stage, but really Sarah you gotta slow down. I think she has some musical talent already too!

Notice the drool...lol! It's a rare occasion when Kaitlin falls asleep in the car. We were on our way to Swift Current and I just had to catch it on camera...the drool was just a bonus too!

I went in to check on Sarah at nap time one day to discover that she pulled her special chick blankie up on her. I thought it was cute....

I love watching my two favorite girls playing together. Sarah is growing up so quickly and loves just about everything that Kaitlin does. And Kaitlin gets all giddy when playing with Sarah. You can totally tell that they both ADORE each other.

Black Eye Peas in concert

Back in May I received Black Eye Pea tickets for my Mother's day present. On sunday August 22nd (yesterday) Jan (my sister) and I went to the concert. It was a blast! Thank you Kaitlin, Sarah and Jemahl it was the best present...I liked Balck Eye Peas befpre the concert, but now I think I love them!
